MANAGEMENT TRAINEE 2024
1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – SALES
Qualifications :
- Any dicipline with GPA min. 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Passion in Sales
- Willing to be placed in all GarudaFood Group operations.
Additional Requirements :
- available to join the program in Q1 2024
- Ability and willingness to relocate to all branches’s Garudafood group location, over the duration of the programme
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – MANUFACTURE
Requirements :
- B.E or MSc in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Technology, E&E Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Instrument Electronic,Material Science Engineering or Manufacture Engineering with GPA Min, 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit
Additional Requirements :
- Available to start the program January 2024
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Business Unit’s Garudafood location, over the duration of the program.
3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Qualifications :
- Diploma 4 or Bachelor Degree from Any Discipline with GPA min. 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit & Distribution Unit
Additional Requirements :
- Available to join the program in Q1 2024
