Site Development Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to seeking for potential location for new store of Miniso
• Negotiate commercial terms with the landlord regarding rental, service charge, and other charges according to the feasibility study of the approved location.
• Approach landlord for a best sites and deals
• Responsible in building and maintaining good relations with malls and other site and do negotiation to get affordable price for rent
• Make documents and presentations about proposed site information and present them to management for approval.
• Analyze and investigate potential location, market dynamics, gather information about competitors, submit reports that have been analyzed to department heads
• Coordinate with General Manager and another department which is related in business development processing

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law and Finance
• Experience as a Site or Business Development in retail industry (3 – 5 years) is a MUST
• Good communication skills in English both oral and written
• Good maintain in data and reporting
• Neat, communicative, corporative and detail
• Willing to mobile and do business trip based on company needs
