Lowongan Kerja Shopee Indonesia 2022 – Shopee Indonesia merupakan perusahaan ecommerce yang berkantor pusat di Singapura di bawah naungan SEA Group, yang didirikan pada 2009 oleh Forrest Li. Shopee pertama kali diluncurkan di Singapura pada tahun 2015, dan sejak itu memperluas jangkauannya ke Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, dan Filipina

Shopee Indonesia – saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk menepati posisi berikut :

1. Business Development and Partnership – Business Development Project

Job Descriptions :

Contact sellers and educate them on various Shopee topics
Increase Sellers activeness and knowledge about Shopee through our programme
Increase sellers’ operational and sales performance through our programme
Responsible for managing the relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers
Manage and resolve sellers related inquiries, issues, and escalations
Responsible for any other tasks related to assigned sellers and programmes
Assist sellers during all Shopee campaigns, i.e. weekly or monthly and seasonal campaign

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a recognised university
Good knowledge and good passion for the e-commerce industry
Possesses great interpersonal and communication skills
Able to join immediately

2. Business Development and Partnerships – Seller Acquisition

Job Descriptions :

Develop, execute and manage the strategic plan to grow Shopee sellers offline & online
Constantly source, network, and expand the coverage of Shopee sellers
Conduct roadshow, training, events and other related activities to support the Shopee sellers
Generate needful content depending on the needs of the sellers
Perform tracking and analysis to continually advancing the sellers
Project coordination with team members and related departments
Support Marketing team and other related departments during peak season to ensure business is running smoothly

Requirements :

Candidate must have by minimum Diploma’s degree
Candidates with 0-1 year experience are welcome to apply
Driven and motivated
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills and ability to speak in public
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

3. People – Counselling Coordinator

Job Descriptions :

Assist and coordinate with the psychologist for the internal counselling process
Support innovative programs/projects to maintain supportive work culture and environment
Conduct various administration duties

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in psychology (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
Have a good knowledge and interest in counselling and well-being in the workplace
Able to work with deadlines & detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Team player with good communication in English (written & oral)
