1. WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Job Descriptions :
- Develop & maintain daily operational plan
- Set & maintain SLA & KPI for team
- Lead time monitoring
- Making sure Inbound/Inventory/Outbound process is according to SOP
- Monitor & control operational process
- Analyze & Plan manpower need
- Develop & Train manpower
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 to 7 years experience in Logistic Industry (Refer to the level)
- Knowledgeable about the overall warehouse processes & flow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Highly motivated & energized
- Great team orientation & leadership skills
- Area : Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Palembang, Medan
2. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Job Descriptions :
- Planning and allocating manpower
- Held and lead the course of the briefing at the beginning of the shift
- Supervise and control the teams performance and daily output
- Overseeing the operation and escalating any issues to Manager/Analyst team
- Supervise the implementation of WMS and escalate issues to Tech team
- Review and check reports sent by leadership, and make corrections if there’s any discrepancy
- Coordinate with other internal parties related to project implementation or execution of issue resolution
- Investigate cases/issues, from identifying root cause to developing recommendations for solutions
- Review, shift/leave request between operators
- Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly report
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 to 7 years experience in Logistic Industry (Refer to the level)

3. WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD
Job Descriptions :
- Hold and lead the course of the briefing at the beginning of the shift
- Fill in the operator attendance list and follow up if there are operators who are absent
- Oversee the course of the process in the field so that is in accordance with SOP and Work Instructions
- Overseeing the operation and escalating/following up on the supervisor if an issues/case/problem occurs
- Monitor the accuracy of the work of his subordinates/team and make corrections if something goes wrong
- Supervise, follow-up and give a warning to the operator who committed violations or disciplinary action
- Teach and provide guidance on SOPs and Work Instructions that apply to new operators
- Assist supervisors in conducting investigating if issues/special cases occur in the field
- Helping the work of operators to process goods when workloads are high
- Make reports and monitor consistency in the implementation of 5S activities in the work environment
- Daily reporting
Requirements :
