Kendaraan Mitsubishi Motors telah hadir di Indonesia sejak lebih dari 40 tahun lalu. Per tanggal 1 April 2017,  PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) melakukan restrukturisasi bisnis dan mengalihkan bisnis distribusi kendaraan penumpang dan niaga ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia kepada PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI).

Restrukturisasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar, serta untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap pemintaan dari masing – masing segmen pasar dengan cepat dan fleksibel. Melalui perubahan struktur organisasi ini, Mitsubishi bertujuan untuk terus berkembang dan memperluas produk dan layanan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, yang tentunya hal ini diperuntukkan bagi konsumen setia kendaraan Mitsubishi dan juga masyarakat Indonesia.

PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia  – saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk menepati posisi berikut :

1. Customer Management (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Managing the workload of Mitsubishi Motors customer care team and monitoring the performance.
  2. Maintaining mobile apps’ performance and content updates, especially for chatbots.
  3. Performing annual dealer assessment in CS Performance Program.
  4. Conducting socialization to Mitsubishi dealers for mobile apps’ new features or programs.
  5. Coordinating with agencies, vendors, related departments, dealers, and other parties.
  6. Providing weekly and monthly reports.
  7. Supporting budget monitoring and processing payment.

Qualification

  1. 21 – 25 yo
  2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  3. Good command of English (Verbal and written)
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skill
  5. Strong analytical and data driven thinking
  6. General knowledge about business analysis and strategy
  7. Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)
  8. Bachelor Degree for any major

2. LCV Product Planning (Section Head)

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) product.
  2. Prepare and control master schedule for product launching.
  3. Coordinating with related parties for product launching activities, both internal and external parties.
  4. Maintaining product life cycle and competitiveness (both new and existing products).
  5. Coordinating closely with principal for product launching, product improvement, etc.
  6. Ensuring product compliance with government policy and regulation.
  7. Analyzing market products (comparison and market needs).
  8. Cooperating with related departments to collect market information periodically and conduct customer or dealer visit.
  9. Building good relationship with carrosserie company.

Qualification

  1. 28 – 35 yo
  2. Min. 3 years experience in the same field (LCV, Product Planning)
  3. Good command of English (verbal and written).
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  5. Passionate in automotive.
  6. General knowledge about automotive and car specifications.
  7. Strong analytical thinking.
  8. Up-to-date with the latest automotive industry policy, regulation, and trends.
  9. Familiar in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint).
  10. Able to driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  11. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial), management, marketing

3. Internal Audit

Responsibilities

  1. Performing audits, including operational audit, compliance audit, and integrated management system audit (ISO audit).
  2. Preparing technical and non-technical aspects for audit activity, both internal and external audits.
  3. Conducting on-site audit on several MMKSI locations.
  4. Handling audit data sampling.
  5. Drafting audit report Monitoring audit findings, recommendations, and countermeasures.
  6. Organizing complete and neat audit documentation and administration.
  7. Support for annual audit planning.
  8. Support audit result reporting to management and auditees.
  9. Building good rapport and relationships with related departments (auditee).

Qualification

  1. 21 – 25 yo
  2. Good command of English (verbal and written).
  3. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  4. General knowledge of audit activity and flow.
  5. Strong analytical thinking.
  6. Proven involvement in audit activity will be beneficial.
  7. Up-to-date with the latest policy or regulation related to the audit.
  8. Familiar with using the basic formula of Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).
  9. Familiar with SAP will be a plus
  10. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Financial Audit/ Management/ Economic
