1. Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare manual GRR, MIS, journal etc .
• Prepare monthly detailed balance sheet schedule .
• Maintain accounting data in the inventory system .
• Coordinate with other divisions related to assignments.
• Prepare inventory report to the users and management.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
• Expected experience: 1-2 years (preferable experience from Public Accountant)
• Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Have a driving license and able to drive manual gear.
• Have analytical and critical thinking also problem solving mindset.
• Good understanding of a company’s business process/ flows.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Willing to learn and have a high responsibility.

2. Progammer

Responsibilities

• Write programs as designed by system analyst and ensure the code quality.
• Work closely with system analyst and assists analysts in implementing systems.
• Prepare documentation and user’s guide.
• Collaborate with other programmers to discuss the challenge, update coding skills, and ensure the coded programs adhere to company standard.
• Capability to work in a team to ensure the project can be finished on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Familiar with VB.NET / ASP.NET / Android Studio / HTML 5.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Familiar with VB.NET, HTML 5, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web API, Android Studio, Ionic angular.

3. Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Establish and control the short, medium and long term work plan of all marketing activities in order to fulfill the information that suits with management needs as a supporting for decision making in marketing strategy.
• Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation.
• Propose The operational Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) effectively. Review cost performance, perform variance analysis for Branding & Advertising, Technical Marketing, and Development dan Research activities.
• Seek and propose most cost effective method and strategy and explore potential technological application.
• Ensuring all internal and external stakeholders promote the Tiga Roda and Rajawali brand adhering to style guidelines and key messages.
• Measure and report performance of all mason programs to management.

Qualifications

• Field of Experience: Marketing & Advertising
• Min. Experience year: 10years
• Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Min. Edu Background: S1
• Office Location: Wisma Indocement

• Expected experience: ideally has had working experience on brand marketing & product marketing, in both FMCG co. and building materials / heavy industry company, but at least in one of those.
